Return Policy

At Ivy & Mae, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return an item. In this document, we clearly explain our returns policy.

Conditions for Returns
- You can only register an item for return once you have physically received it.
- Return costs are covered entirely by the customer, including international shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Trying items on is permitted, but wearing them is not.
- It is not permitted to return products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some or all of them.

Return Procedure
1. Let us know about your return via info@ivymae-byronbay.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
2. We will send you the return address for our supplier (based in China).
3. You return the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.
4. We always recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund
Once the item has been received at the return address and its condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability
- We are not responsible for lost parcels if tracking information shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer's responsibility.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
